Son Flies 2,000 Miles, Surprises Dad for Father's Day
A Tiverton resident flew 2,000 miles home from college just to surprise his dad on Father's Day.

George Doumaney of Tiverton received the surprise of a lifetime this week when his son walked into his Portsmouth business, Custom House Coffee.Â
His teenage son, Tyler, a Tiverton High School graduate and current student at the University of Colorado, Denver, flew 2,000 miles home to surprise his dad on Father's Day.Â

"I couldn't believe it was him," George Doumaney said. "I was balling my eyes out."Â
"I hadn't seen them in awhile and we were all having our own tough times, and I figured we could all handle them together," said son, Tyler.Â
