Warming Centers Opening In Portsmouth Amid Frigid Temperatures
Winds chills in RI are expected to be dangerous and reach their coldest since February 2016, according to the National Weather Service.

PORTSMOUTH, RI — Frigid temperatures are in the forecast in Rhode Island, with temperatures expected to fall well below zero.
Communities across the state, including Portsmouth, have designated warming centers aimed at helping residents stay warm.
The list of warming centers below was provided by the Rhode Island Emergency Management Agency.

- Friday to Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
