- Jared Soltys, 23, of Providence was arrested early Saturday morning and charged with aggravated statutory rape of a child and procuring liquor to a person under 21 in Massachusetts. Officers reportedly spoke to Soltys and the alleged victim after a video was posted on social media showing Soltys with a minor. (WPRI.com)
