Here are the top four stories in Providence today:
- There are two new properties on the market in the Providence area. Are you looking to move? (Providence Patch)
- According to WPRI.com police have not made any arrests yet in the shooting incident involving two women and one man who were shot early Sunday morning. The incident remains under investigation. All gunshot victims were transported to Rhode Island Hospital. (WPRI.com)
- Police reports note that several officers incurred hand, knee, wrist, and neck injuries making arrests after breaking up an after-hours party on Chalkstone Avenue. Police reportedly said they heard loud music coming from inside a building Saturday morning and upon entrance found “unruly patrons” who they told to disperse. Several of the patrons did not leave and were arrested. (GoLocalProv)
- Things are getting back to normal, evidenced by the return of the Home Show to the Rhode Island Convention Center, April 7 to 10. The event will include all things home-related including interactive displays, new technology for homes, energy cost-cutting ideas, outdoor living and more. (The Providence Journal)
