- A male suspect is in custody after a woman reported her ex-boyfriend pointed a gun at her and fired shots. When police arrived at Trent Street, off of Admiral Street shortly after 7pm on Saturday, a woman told them that her ex-boyfriend was waiting for her at the house. As she tried to get inside, he stole her car keys and pointed a gun at her. The victim was able to get inside the house and shut the door, which she said her ex-boyfriend tried to break down before shooting and fleeing the scene. (GoLocalProv)
- The Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) has announced a VIP Experience giveaway for the upcoming Lindsey Stirling concert on Dec. 14.
