Providence Man Possessed Child Pornography: Cops
The 19-year-old was released on his own recognizance, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence man was caught with child pornography, police said.
Jose Delacruz, 19, was arrested Friday by the Rhode State Police Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task and charged with possession of child pornography, police said.
Delacruz was released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond after his arraignment, according to the state police.

Delacruz was ordered to have no unsupervised contact with minors and his internet access was restricted, police said.
