Roads Re-Open Near Scene Of Providence Shooting
State police said the highway onramps are open again.

PROVIDENCE, RI—State police say the onramps from Memorial Boulevard and Route 6 East to I-95 are back open. Drivers had been advised to seek alternate routes, while investigation continued into a shooting, which involved an officer and left one suspect dead and one passenger injured.
