  1. A teen has been charged in connection with a hit-and-run with a motorcyclist in East Providence earlier this month. The crash occurred on Sept. 11 near the Sip-N-Dip on Warren Avenue. Police said the boy was arrested Tuesday and charged with driving without a license and failure to stop for an accident involving personal injury. (WPRI.com)
  2. Hasbro Children's Hospital will study the long-term effects of COVID-19 in children. The study, known as the LEGACI study, is being funded by the National Institutes of Health. The two-year study will involve MRI imaging for some to check things like brain function and brain structural images. (WJAR)
  3. Actor and director Kevin Smith will be coming to this year's Rhode Island Comic Con, which runs Nov. 5 through Nov. 7 at the Rhode Island Convention Center, and the Dunkin Donuts Center. (WJAR)
