Connecticut Conspirator Collared: Cops

RICHMOND, RI — A Connecticut man wanted on conspiracy and other charges surrendered to the law Saturday morning, police said.

Antoine Kerr, 29, of East Hartford was arrested on charges of identity fraud, receiving stolen goods and conspiracy, according to the Rhode Island State Police.

Kerr surrendered at the Hope Valley Barracks about 8 a.m., state police said.

He was "processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and later transported to the Third Division District Court for arraignment," police said.
