2 Men Allegedly Obtain Little Compton Home Under False Pretenses

Two Massachusetts men were arrested recently for allegedly obtaining a Little Compton home under false pretenses, reports The Providence Journal. 

John J. Jeannetti, 52, of Norwood, MA, and Glen Conlon, 35, of Foxboro, MA, were arrested Wednesday for allegedly obtaining a Little Compton home valued at $380,000. 

Jeannetti was charged with obtaining property over $1,500 under false pretenses and conspiracy. Conlon was charged with obtaining property over $1,500 under false pretenses and conspiracy, as well as providing a false document to obtain a loan. 

According to The Journal, the State Police discovered the men allegedly refinanced the home three times without informing the tenant, who was repaying Conlon on the property's loan. The complete story can be found here.
