Cat Bite, Cat Hurt, Stray Dog Disruptions: Little Compton Police Log
Little Compton police reported the following arrests and incidents for the period of March 8 to 13.

ARRESTS
Police charged Matthew Machand, 24, of Titusville, PA, with driving with a suspended license March 9 at 11:53 a.m.
Police said Marchard was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Long Highway when police discovered his license was suspended.
John T. Gaynor, 30, of Fall River, MA, charged with driving with a suspended license March 13 at 1:33 p.m.

Police said Gaynor was stopped for a motor vehicle infraction on West Main Road when police learned his license was suspended.
INCIDENTS
On March 8 at 1:31 p.m., police responded to a Holly Berry Hill residence for a report of an ongoing neighbor dispute. Police advised the involved parties that the matter was civil in nature.

On March 8 at 5:49 p.m., police responded to a Long Highway address to take a report from resident who reported being bit by her cat.
On March 11 at 10:19 a.m, police responded to a Pottersville Road residence for a report of an injured cat.
On March 11 at 1:56 p.m., police responded to a Peckham Road business for a report of a stray dog disturbing customers. Animal Control officers captured the dog and brought the animal to the Sakonnet Vet, police said.
On March 12 at 9:33 a.m., a Colebrook Road resident told police that they got an IRS scam attempt phone call. Police documented the incident.
On March 13 1t 1:57 p.m., an Amy Hart Path resident said that someone was trespassing on his property and wanted the incident documented.
On March 13 at 2:37 p.m., a resident turned in to police a gas card that was found lying on Simmons Road. The owner of the card was contacted by police and told to come pick it up at police headquarters.
