Little Compton Police: Domestic Assault and Vandalism

The Little Compton Police made the following arrests and citations recently:
- John Gomes III, 38, of 138 Brook St., Plympton, MA, was arrested on Friday, Aug. 2 at 1:47 p.m. and charged with domestic simple assault after allegedly throwing a candle at a family member during an argument.
Police received a complaint of vandalism to the security door to the water access panel at the Watson Reservoir on Monday, July 22 at 10:50 a.m. The door was
not breached. Police are investigating the incident.
