Tiverton Man Charged For 'Incident' Outside LaSalle Academy
The specific charge is disorderly conduct, but a parent claimed he was in his car performing a lewd act, according to news sources.
TIVERTON, RI--A Tiverton man turned himself in at the Providence police station Saturday morning. Steven Morgenstern, 76, was charged with disorderly conduct. A parent had complained he was parked outside LaSalle Academy and appeared to be touching his private parts, WJAR-TV said. Morgenstern denied that allegation. Click here for Channel 10's story.
