2 Arrested At Kent County Courthouse
The Rhode Island State Police and the Capitol Police arrested the two men, the state police said.
WARWICK, RI — Two men were arrested at the Kent County Courthouse Friday, police said.
Kurt Cesar, 23, of Providence, and Elias Espinosa, 22, both were arrested about 11:30 a.m., the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Cesar was charged with disorderly conduct and Espinosa was charged with assault on a police officer and other officials, and disorderly conduct, according to the release.

The arrests were the "result of Troopers assisting the Capitol Police with a disturbance at the Kent County Courthouse in the City of Warwick," the release said.
Both men were held for arraignments, according to the release.
