Back To School: Warwick 2021-2022 School Calendar

WARWICK, RI — Back-to-school planning has already begun, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day in the Warwick public schools.

The first day of school for most students in Warwick is September 1, according to a posted calendar.

Gov. Dan McKee is recommending that all Rhode Island school children return to the classroom with masks in keeping with new guidance from the U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. However, the decision will be made by local school districts.

Here is the list of dates to know for this school year:

First Day All Students K-12: September 1

Labor Day/Rosh Hashanah Sept. 6-7

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 24-26

December Break: Dec. 23-31

February Break: Feb. 21-25

Good Friday/Spring Break: April 15-22

Last Day for Seniors: June 3
