Families & Children In State Care Topic Of RI State House Meeting
The public is invited to watch an Aug. 4 presentation from the Coalition for Children and Families.

PROVIDENCE, RI — A presentation at the Rhode Island State House concerning families and children who are under state care will be live streamed and broadcast on Capitol Television.
The Coalition for Children and Families on Wednesday, Aug. 4 will deliver a presentation to the House Oversight Subcommittee on Children and Families. The coalition advocates for children and youth, including those under DCYF care.
No public testimony will be accepted at the meeting, but the public is welcome to watch the 11 a.m. presentation.

Rep. Julie A. Casimiro (D-Dist. 31, North Kingstown, Exeter) is the chair of the subcommittee.
