Warwick Child Pornographer Apprehended: Cops
The Warwick man was arrested by the Rhode Island State Police Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, police said.
WARWICK, RI — A Warwick man was charged with possessing child pornography, police said.
Ronald Shoemaker, 20, was arrested Thursday by the Rhode Island State Police Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and charged with possession of child pornography and transfer of child pornography, the state police said in a media release.
"Mr. Shoemaker was transported to the Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, and to Third District Court," the release said.

Shoemaker was arraigned and issued a $5,000 surety bail "with special conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors and restricted internet access.," according to the release.
