• From Old Lyme to Ogunquit: New Westerly Museum Celebrates American Impressionism (lymeline.com) — A major new cultural destination has opened right in Westerly: the Westerly Museum of American Impressionism, dedicated solely to American Impressionist art and overlooking the Pawcatuck River off Watch Hill Road. Founded by longtime Westerly residents Cynthia and Dr. Thomas Sculco, the 20,000-square-foot museum features more than 150 works, educational programs, and regular visiting exhibits, and is open Thursday through Sunday.
