Tuesday Notes: All-Day K Delay, Cash Mob, New Job?
Here's important news and notes on what's happening in Woonsocket.

All-Day K Delayed: The Woonsocket Budget Commission didn't make a decision on a $500,000 state grant to fund the return of all-day kindergarten, and said they weren't convinced a plan to move students out of existing special education programs would cover any shortfall.
Cash Mob Tuesday: The Cash Mob returns to Northern RI tomorrow, this time in Lincoln. Mobbers are asked to bring themselves and $20 of spending money each to Lincoln High School Parking Lot, 135 Old River Road, Lincoln. Call the Northern RI Chamber of Commerce for more info: (401) 334-1000.

OLQM Festival Wednesday: The 2013 Summer Festival at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Parish opens Wednesday, July 31st at 6pm at the church grounds at Park Square and it continues through Saturday, August 3rd.
The annual festival runs from 6 to 11 p.m. Wednesday through Friday. and opens at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Rhode Island's Rockwell Amusements will once again provide the exciting carnival rides which are sure to thrill local patrons. A Kiddieland section will once again be featured. Opening night will feature a "ride-all-the-rides" special which will allow festival goers to sample all the rides for one low price.
