  1. Woonsocket Mayor Lisa Baldelli-Hunt has been sued by the ACLU of Rhode Island for blocking two constituents on Facebook. The two men argue that the mayor's page is a “digital town hall” and that the First Amendment prevents her from banning people simply because she disagrees with them. City attorney John DeSimone argues that @LISABALDELLIHUNT is the mayor's personal page (AP).
  2. A 19-year-old Woonsocket High School graduate will represent the city in the Miss Rhode Island Teen USA competition this weekend in Providence. (The Valley Breeze)
  3. North Smithfield Town Planner Tom Kravitz is moving on. His last day for the town will be Friday, Aug. 13. Kravitz has accepted a job as planner for the city of Warwick. (NRINow)
