Set in 1922 New York, TMM presents the tale of Millie Dillmount, a young out-of-towner who heads to the big city to find a new life. What she finds, according to the description on the Stadium website, is "a New York full of intrigue and jazz — a time when women were entering the workforce and the rules of love and social behavior were changing forever." With new tunes and big dance numbers, Millie shines bright stage lights on the era of flappers, with dashing leading men and a wicked dragon-lady in the madcap mix.
