Center Park Group Breaks Ground on Wellstead at Strawberry

General contractor and home builder Center Park Group announces groundbreaking of Wellstead at Strawberry, an 84-unit build-to-rent (BTR) community in Moncks Corner, S.C., located near the intersection of SC-52 and Old SC-52. This community will offer residents convenient living near Hwy 52 and major employers in Moncks Corner, Summerville, Goose Creek, and Charleston.

Land development activity began in April 2025, and Center Park Group plans to commence with vertical construction in January 2026.

The three-bedroom plan is spacious, featuring 1,451 square feet and two-and-a-half bathrooms, while the four-bedroom plan boasts 1,737 square feet of living space and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Both plans feature modern design elements, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and designer cabinetry.
