- Popular chain Firehouse Subs has opened its fourth location in North Charleston. On Monday, the restaurant company announced its newest spot on Dorchester Road at the Cedar Grove Commons. This will be the fourth Firehouse Subs location in the area, all owned by the same franchisees. The other locations are found at Azalea Square, Charleston South University, and Monck's Corner. - Gas prices in South Carolina continue to fall, which is good news for many people traveling this holiday season. State gas prices fell by an average of 10.1 cents last week. The average current cost for gas is $2.88 per gallon across the state. This brings gas prices down by 39.2 cents more than they were just a month ago. (WCBD News 2)
