Colbert Busch Schedule
“I’m excited to meet and speak with residents and business leaders of Beaufort County, because everywhere I go, the people of South Carolina tell me about the need to create more good-paying jobs and get our country’s fiscal house back in order,” Colbert Busch said in a statement. “As a businesswoman for 25 years, I know the importance of putting our fiscal house in order and creating good jobs in South Carolina’s Lowcountry and Coastal Communities.”

Sanford Schedule
Meanwhile, former Gov. Mark Sanford announced a "15 in Five Tour" and urged Colbert Busch to debate him at 15 appearances over the course of the next week.
"To date my opponent has refused to do any joint public appearances or debate the issues for the benefit of voters in the 1st district," Sanford said in a statement. "Instead she has been content to allow Nancy Pelosi and the national Democratic Party make her case for her through nearly $1 million in negative television advertising."
Sanford's went on to say via statement:
"My question is what is the Democratic party trying to buy with their million?"
Without debate on issues we are getting what President Obama and Nancy Pelosi gave us with ObamaCare, pass it and then you can see what's in it. Now it's vote for Colbert Busch and then see where she stands on the issues."
I believe campaigns are about issues and records, and what I've heard consistently throughout this process is that people want to know where we stand on issues like debt, the economy and job creation. Our administration has an incredible record on that front, and I think it's important that people hear directly about the contrasts in mine and my opponent's record directly from us as often as possible. That's why starting Monday, I'll make these 15 stops, and I call on my opponent to find as much time as possible in the coming week to meet with me to speak with voters."
Locations and times for Sanford's events will be announced over the weekend.
