Ted Vick's Attorney Explains Why He's Innocent of DUI Charge
Todd Rutherford gives demonstration in Statehouse garage.

In a video first aired on WLTX, the attorney for Rep. Ted Vick (D-Chesterfield) explains why Vick's most recent DUI charge is false.
Todd Rutherford, who as House Minority Leader is a colleague of Vick's, gave a demonstration that detailed why his client is innocent. The DUI charge was Vick's second in a year. He was charged with DUI in May of last year and also charged with illegal possession of a firearm.
Rutherford said Vick was dining at a steakhouse after the General Assembly ended and returned to his car in the Statehouse parking garage. The attorney went on to say that, given the positioning of his car in the garage, it would have been impossible for Vick to leave his parking spot without damaging his vehicle.
