Liberty Valedictorian Offers Public Prayer at Graduation

Roy Costner IV drew applause from the crowd when he began reciting "The Lord's Prayer" during his commencement speech.

The crowd at Liberty High School's graduation had one unexpected moment Saturday.

During Valedictorian Roy Costner IV's commencement address, he stopped, tore up his speech and instead began to pray, according to WYFF.

After thanking his parents, Costner began reciting "The Lord's Prayer." See attached video.
