Red Roof® Completes Renovation of Hotel in Spartanburg, S.C.

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – March 1, 2024 – Red Roof®, the leader in economy lodging announces the completion of a renovation at Red Roof Inn® Spartanburg I-85, located at 105 Jones Road in Spartanburg.

Owner Dreams Hotels LLC invested nearly $1 million in the renovation, which touched upon nearly every aspect of the 111-room hotel and added an additional 29 rooms to the total count. The project included updating furniture, fixtures and equipment along with the landscaping, refinishing the pool and adding new pool furniture, bedding and locks as well as new interior and exterior paint throughout.

The hotel offers a seasonal pool, free Wi-Fi, a free expanded cable package featuring HBO, guest laundry facilities, free coffee in the lobby and a snack center.
