Red Roof opens HomeTowne Studios property in Greenville

GREENVILLE, S.C., July 16, 2024 - Red Roof®, the leader in economy lodging, has announced the opening of the HomeTowne Studios® Greenville, S.C., at 91 Vision Court in Greenville.

The HomeTowne Studios Greenville, S.C., is a 50-room extended-stay hotel that offers kitchens with full-sized refrigerators and cooktops, free Wi-Fi, paid laundry, free coffee in the lobby, expanded cable, free long-distance calling, a snack center, weekly housekeeping and kitchen kits available for purchase at the front desk.

The property is located adjacent to the 52-room Red Roof Inn® Greenville, which offers free Wi-Fi, a free expanded cable package featuring HBO and Spanish channels, and free coffee in the lobby.

Owner Surya Hotel Corporation invested more than $1 million in a full renovation of the property that included new furniture, bedding and TVs in guest rooms; updated guest room bathrooms; and renovated kitchenettes. The Red Roof Inn also underwent a full renovation.

Located just off I-85 and US 276, the HomeTowne Studios Greenville, S.C., is near a number of area landmarks and destinations, including Clemson University, Roper Mountain Science Center, Greenville Technical College, Bob Jones University, Furman University, Saint Francis Hospital – Greenville, Paris Mountain State Park and Lake Conestee Nature Park. Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) is a short drive away.
