• United Airlines to add more direct flights between Hilton Head and Chicago (postandcourier.com) — More nonstop United flights between Hilton Head Island Airport and Chicago O’Hare are coming in 2026, including daily service April 3–August 15. The added routes coincide with HHH’s terminal expansion, expected to open in mid-April 2026, promising better amenities, more gates, and smoother travel for island residents and visitors.
