WEST COLUMBIA - Ann passed away on Friday, January 11, 2013. She was with us for 93 precious years. She was the sweetest, most caring and giving person! Everyone loved Ann.
She was a country girl from Marion, SC, who later became very worldly as a military officer's wife. She lived in many exciting places; Austria, Taiwan, Texas and California to name a few. Ann new military protocol like the back of her hand and could throw the best party!
After retirement she and her husband Bill moved to Florida, made wonderful friends and had years of fun playing golf. She made a hole-in-one, twice! She always said she had a full and wonderful life.

Her survivors include her daughter, Rebecca Castaneda and husband, Mando and their son, Tony; her son, Chuck Bayless and wife, Joann. She was predeceased by her husband Billy B. Bayless.
Visitation will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday, January 14, 2013, followed by the funeral service at 3:30 p.m. at the Greenlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Online condolences are available at:www.woodridge-lexington.com
