LEXINGTON - Memorial services for Betty Hathaway Russell, 83, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday September 17, 2012 at Lexington Baptist Church. The family will receive friends following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lexington Baptist Church 308 E. Main St. Lexington, SC 29072. is assisting the family.
Mrs. Russell passed away Thursday September 13, 2012. Born in Pitt County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Johnny Ashley and Flossie Coggins Hathaway. She was a member of Lexington Baptist Church and was a volunteer at Lexington Medical Center for 28 years.

She is survived by her husband, Durwood G. Russell, daughters, Felicia Turner (Gene) of Augusta, GA and Bonnie Russell Morgan (Steven) of Lexington, grandchildren, John Russell Holmes (Ashlie), Andrew Morgan (Colleen) and Lauren Harter and great-grandchildren, Rob and Kyah.
