Obituary: Ida Poole Brown

WEST COLUMBIA - Ida Poole Brown was called to her heavenly home on Friday, August 31, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Monday, September 3, 2012 at Clinton United Methodist Church in Sally, SC. Mrs. Brown will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mrs. Brown was born in Perry, SC and was the daughter of the late Israel and Grace Binnicker Poole. She was predeceased in death by her husband, Leroy Brown, one brother and four sisters.

Mrs. Brown is survived by her daughter, Masie Brown of the home and a number of nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank Brittney Russell and Jackie Mayes for their special care during her illness.
