BATESBURG - Karl Duncan, 69, passed away Monday, Dec. 31, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at Cedar Creek on the Ridge Church conducted by Campus Pastor Dean Derrick. Visitation will be held after the service at the church.
Mr. Duncan was born in Batesburg, SC, son of the late Odell and Vera Corder Duncan. He had worked for J.F. Johnson as a salesman.
Surviving are his wife, Carol Lybrand Duncan; sons and daughter-in-law, Kevin Duncan; Kory (Sorrel) Duncan; sister and brother-in-law, Loretta (Eddie) Wilson; brother and sister-in-law, Bobby (Virginia) Duncan; grandchildren: Heaven (Andrew) Price, Angelica Duncan, Kristopher Duncan, Christopher Duncan, Joshua Duncan, Ashleigh Duncan, Hannah Goff, and Kenneth Duncan. He was predeceased by a sister and brother-in-law, Margaret (Glenn) Metts; a brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth (Katie) Duncan.
