Obituary: Ralph Parker

Ralph Parker of 325 Glenn Rd, Gaston, SC passed away Monday, June 19, 2012.

Born in Columbia, S.C. on August 26, 1946, he was the son of the late Sam Parker and Beatrice Ellisor Parker.

He is survived by his two sons Joey Henry-Parker of Lexington and Tony Parker of Columbia, Brothers John W Parker, (Marian), of Port Vue, Pa, Franklin E Parker of St. Matthews. Paul Buddy Parker of McKeesport, Pa. Phillip E Parker (Ann) of Lexington. Sisters, Mary P Sharpe (Ray) and Patricia P Jones (Dan) of Irmo. Mr. Parker is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and his previous wives Donna, and Becky.

He was predeceased by his parents and his special dog Chrissy "Grunt" Parker.

Mr. Parker was a retired contractor and enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and his special buddy Zachary Ralph Peake, for whom he is named.

Services will be held Tuesday, June 26 at 6 p.m. in the chapel at in Lexington. The officiating minister will be Reverend Don Davis. Visitation will follow the service.
