Chamber to Hold Open House at New Building

The Greater Lexington Chamber and Visitors Center is inviting the public to an open house Sunday at its new building on West Main Street.

The event will begin at 2 p.m. and end at 3 p.m. in time for Lexington's annual Christmas parade, which starts at 3:30 p.m. A mix and mingle on Main event, a concert and the Christmas tree lighting will follow the parade.

The chamber's new office opened in October. The $1 million, 7,000-square-foot building was designed by Lexington architect Craig Otto and built by North Lake Construction. Interior designer Chris Metz of Lexington decorated the inside of the building.
