Christmas Festival at Lexington's Old Mill Set for Saturday

Lexington's Old Mill is inviting the community to stop by Saturday for Christmas sales at its shops, pictures with Santa and a fundraiser. 

Santa will be available for pictures between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on the upper level. There is a charge for the photos.

From 5 to 7 p.m., the community can gather for a fundraiser for PAALS, a nonprofit organization that trains service dogs. The event, called PAALS Uncorked, will feature hors d'oeuvres, bourbon and scotch sampling and more than 30 wine selections from Sam's Fine Wine and Spirits. 

The event is also sponsored by Bella-Riley's Fine Salon and Spa, Lisa's Candle Corner, Cotton Grill, M Gallery and Cathleen's Daughter Antiques. Many of the stores will be open throughout the day with Christmas specials.

Tickets for the fundraiser are $20 in advance for Sam's Fine Wine Club members. They can be purchased at paals.org or at Sam's Fin Wine and Spirits.

Tickets will also be on sale for $25 at the door.
