Employees discovered the high levels of bleach during a routine test of the water in the machines on July 9, according to the sheriff's department. The level of chlorine in the water was so high that it would have killed any patients who underwent treatment with the contaminated machines.Â
Foster is charged with attempted murder and second-degree burglary. He's scheduled to appear at a bond hearing Thursday morning.Â
