11 candidates are running for five seats on Lexington County Council.

Five Lexington County Council seats will be up for election on the November ballot.
District 3, which covers most of Lexington and southern Lake Murray, has the most candidates. The seat is being vacated by Councilman George H. Davis.
Five of the candidates for the District 3 seat are petition candidates. There are also several other petition candidates running for other seats.Β
