Father-Daughter Valentine's Dance Set for Feb. 9
The annual dance gives fathers and grandfathers a special night with their daughters or granddaughters and raises money for the Lexington Main Library.

The Friends of Lexington Main Library will hold the 7th annual Lexington Father-Daughter Valentine’s Dance on Feb. 9.
The dance will be from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the cafeteria at Lexington High School.
The dance will provide fathers and grandfathers an opportunity to create a special memory for their daughters or granddaughters while supporting the children's reading center at the Lexington Main Library.

The dance is for fathers and daughters of all ages. With a Valentine’s theme, the dance will include wholesome music, flowers and sweet treats, organizers said.
Pro Photo, an event sponsor, will donate a formal 5 x 7 photo of dads with their daughters. Additional pictures may be purchased at the dance. Â All pictures will be available to take home the evening of the dance.

There will also be heavy appetizers and desserts. Corsages are available for purchase at White House Florist, the official florist of the dance. Â
Sunday dress is recommended.
Tickets are $30 per couple, plus $10 for each additional daughter. Tickets are on sale now at the Lexington Main Library. Cash or Check only.Â
Tickets sold after Feb. 5, will be $40 a couple.
