Lexington County's 'Most Wanted:' June 15

Andre Dwayne Clemmons, 30, is wanted on an arrest warrant on a charge of criminal domestic violence. His last known address was 1100 Riverbend Drive, Apartment D-15, West Columbia. Clemmons is 5-foot-10 and weighs 270 pounds. Clemmons has black hair and brown eyes.

Russell Wayne Richbourg, 33, is wanted on a magistrate’s court bench warrant that was issued after Richbourg failed to appear in court on a charge of criminal domestic violence. His last known address was 109 Maguire Drive, Lexington. Richbourg is 5-foot-10 and weighs 145 pounds. Richbourg has black hair and blue eyes.

Michael Todd Slater, 44, is wanted on an arrest warrant on a charge of breach of trust with fraudulent intent and a general sessions court bench warrant that was issued after Slater failed to appear in court on a breach of trust charge. His last known address was 132 Kenton Drive, Irmo. Slater is 6-foot-1 and weighs 390 pounds. Slater has strawberry blond hair and blue eyes.
