Lexington High Senior Named 'December's Teen to WACH'
Kelsey Foster was recognized for her work with the Special Olympics and her involvement in other school activities.
Lexington High School senior Kelsey Foster is making a difference — and being recognized for it.Â
Foster, who serves as the state's director for the Special Olympics Young Atheletes program, was recently named "December's Teen to WACH" by WACH Fox.Â
"It's amazing at 17 that she wants so much to make a difference," Foster's mom Kelly Deshazo told WACH Fox.
