Lexington Man Charged with Health Care Fraud, Identity Theft

Richard Graham, 43, was charged in federal court in Greenville Tuesday.

A Lexington man was charged in a 10-count indictment Tuesday with health care fraud and identity theft, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Richard Graham, 43, was charged in federal court in Greenville.

The maximum penalty he faces is five years in prison.Β

The case was investigated by agents of the Office of Personnel Management and is assigned to Assistant United States Attorney Rhett DeHart of the Charleston office for prosecution.
