Lexington Teen Arrested on Child Porn Charges
An 18-year-old from Lexington is charged with 11 counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
A Lexington teen was arrested Tuesday on child pornography charges, according to the S.C. Attorney General's Office.Â
Scott Eric Fernquist, 18, is accused of uploading images on April 6Â of girls between the ages of 4 and 14 being sexually assaulted by adult males, according to the Attorney General's Office.
Fernquist is charged with 11 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor second degree, a felony offense punishable by two to 10 years imprisonment on each count.

The case originated as a CyberTip from the National Center For Missing and Exploited Children. The Lexington Police Department, a member of the Attorney General's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, arrested Fernquist.
The case will be prosecuted by the Attorney General's Office.
