Meet the Lexington One School Board Candidates at Lexington Middle

Lexington residents can meet the 12 candidates running for the Lexington County School District One Board of Trustees at a forum at Lexington Middle School tonight.

Starting at 6:30 p.m., the candidates will introduce themselves and answer questions pulled randomly.

The event is hosted by the School Improvement Councils of Lexington Elementary, New Providence Elementary and Lexington Middle schools. 

The forum is the last of three scheduled this month. 

During the first candidate forum at Gilbert High School, the issue of iPads in the classroom dominated the event.

During the second forum, the candidates spoke on broader terms and explained their expereience and background.
