Pelion Middle Awarded Lexington One Learning Commons Grant
The grant will be used to transform the Learning Commons, or media center, at the school.
The Pelion Middle School Learning Commons team was awarded a Learning Commons Grant from the Lexington One Educational Foundation.
The grant will be used to transform areas of the Learning Commons to better support 21st century learners.
Changes to the Learning Commons will include collaboration tables, equipment for a media production room including a green screen, new high-definition camcorders and other video production equipment.
