Police: Men Stole More Than $30K in Tires

Springdale Police are looking for three suspects who they say stole tires and rims from trucks at Kenworth Inc.

Police are looking for three suspects who they say stole 44 tires worth more than $30,000 from a Lexington County business. 

The men entered the fenced parking lot of Kenworth Inc., located at 707 Cherokee Lane in Springdale, between 11:20 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 a.m. Sunday by cutting a hole in the fence, according to the Springdale Police Department. The two main suspects took 44 tires and rims.

Police say the suspects appear to have experience with trucks. They left blocks under the trucks they took the tires from and left the lug nuts on the ground, according to the police department. They left through the same hole in the fence.

One suspect appears to be wearing a pair of dark coveralls, according to the police department. The second suspect appears to be wearing a dark-colored, hooded sweat shirt with a design on the front and dark pants. The police department did not provide a description of the third suspect.
