Sheriff: 2 Arrested After Exposing Children to Meth Lab

Deputies busted a meth lab near Leesville Monday.

Deputies arrested a Leesville man and woman Monday on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and exposing children to the meth lab in a home near Leesville.

Ashley Glenn Riceman, 29, and Amber Desiree Harmon, 29, are charged each charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and four counts of exposing children to a meth lab.

Deputies received an anonymous tip about drug activity at the home. When they arrived at the home around 3 p.m. Monday, they noticed a strong smell consistent with manufacturing meth, Sheriff James Metts said. Deputies found an active meth lab inside the home.
