Tickets on Sale for 'Pray 4 Kennedy' Benefit Concert
The event will include music from local bands, barbecue plates and an auction to raise money for Kennedy Branham, a Lexington teen diagnosed with brain cancer.

The Lexington community is coming together again to raise money for .
Five local bands will play at a benefit concert Saturday at JT's on the Pond on Wing Hill Road. A barbecue plate is included in the $10 ticket price.Â
Organizers are also planning a silent auction for the event with items from local businesses, as well as a 50/50 drawing.

Branham, a 13-year-old Lexington middle-schooler, has been battling cancer since February. Since then, family, friends and others in the community have held benefits to help cover the medical costs of Branham's treatment.
DJ Ray Ray will be selling tickets for Saturday's event during his "Pray 4 Kennedy" Radio-Thon from 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday. The show will be broadcast live from the Sonic on Assembly Street. He'll also be accpeting donations for shoutouts and requests to benefit "Pray 4 Kennedy" . Listen to the show live.Â
