Bail Allowed for Former Pastor Accused of Rape

A Circuit Court judge has set bail for the former pastor of Freedom Freewill Baptist Church accused for kidnapping and raping multiple women.

Dale Richardson has been in jail on the charges, awaiting trial since July 2011. Bond set at $250,000, Live 5 News reported.

Live 5 reported:

(Richardson's attorny J. Scott) Bischoff said on the conditions of his bail, Richardson would be required to appear at all court dates.  He must also undergo GPS monitoring in addition to following a strict sunset-to-sunrise curfew at his home.  He would be under house arrest, only allowed to leave home for medical reasons, visiting his attorney, or visiting church or work.

Richardson was orginially denied bail, and then had it set at more than $1 million.
