Permit Statistics Report For Sioux Falls

It’s official: Sioux Falls has filed more than $1 billion in building permits during 2021. These permits include all new commercial and residential buildings, as well as additions, repairs, remodels, and renovations to existing buildings.

The project that pushed the year-end total over this milestone is the planned renovation at the Minnehaha County Administration Building at 415 North Dakota Avenue. The current permit valuation for the year is $1,001,648,015.79.
